Tao Sheng is an experienced litigator specializing in commercial, construction, and corporate litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, corporate disputes, intellectual property claims, investment claim, and defamation cases.
He graduated from the University of Leeds and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn. In 2019, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Prior to joining Messrs. Chan Eng & Co, he practiced at one of the longest-standing and reputable law firm in Penang, where he gained valuable experience handling a diverse range of disputes across multiple practice areas.
Tao Sheng has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian courts, including the Appellate Courts, and has extensive experience handling complex litigation matters across various legal forums.

He has represented clients in adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), as well as in arbitration and Court litigation.
